Our Response to COVID-19

Freure Homes has been closely monitoring the global outbreak as well as the advice of Canadian Healthcare authorities.

To help protect the health of our clients, associates, and staff; and in our effort to limit the propagation of the COVID-19 virus, we are suspending all activities at both our sales and main offices, and will be closed until further notice.

We will continue to assess the developments of the situation, and hope to return as soon as possible to offer the experience and service you love.
In the mean time, please let us know if there is anything further we could do; this is a unique time, but we’re committed to putting our best foot forward as always.

Freure Homes and our team of Sales Representatives are committed to doing what we can to adapt in the mean time.

Thankfully, in this digital day in age there are hundreds of different ways to chat with family, friends, colleagues, even meet new people, from the comfort of our own homes. We have access to dozens of different means of interaction at our fingertips. At a time like this, it’s a perfect opportunity for us to branch out, see what we can do, and keep moving forward.

How are you protecting your trades and staff members?

First and foremost we keep everyone informed. We have a sign posted in every home explaining the facts about the virus as well as precautionary actions to take to reduce cross-contamination. Some other steps we are taking include supplying hand sanitizer throughout every site, as well as only allowing one trade in each home. These measures may evolve over time depending on how everything proceeds.


Why are you staying open?

Many purchasers have put faith in us to build them their dream home! We want to do right by our clients and try our very best to adapt and ensure everything moves along on schedule, while making sure that we are being safe and conscientious in the process. This is uncharted territory for us all, but we are ready to work as best we can on our end to keep moving forward.


When will you reopen the Sales and Main offices?

We will always go by the advice of Ontario Health Care Professionals on when we should open. We are not quite sure as of yet how things will evolve, however we are Open by Virtual Appointments for the time being with our Sales Representatives.

How are you ensuring customer safety?

As you know, we have temporarily closed our Main and Sales Offices as well as our Design Centre. Our staff are all working remotely, so if you’d like to get into contact with any of us, simply shoot us an email! We are currently doing virtual rough-in inspections and Pre-Delivery Inspections to ensure our Purchasers are up-to-date on the information about their home. As much as we would love to meet purchasers in person for these inspections, we want to keep everyone safe and sound more.


Am I still able to purchase a home from Freure?

Of course! Our Sales Reps are still here and ready to help by virtual appointments. We have tons of information for you to browse form your home from floorplans to additional aesthetic options for your new abode.


How are you able to chat virtually?
